How to install:
First you need SparkIV or OpenIV, i recommend OpenIV.
SparkIV: http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/tools/1824
OpenIV: http://openiv.com/
First open your pcmodelscdimagescomponentpeds.img.
Now replace m_y_gafr_lo_01.wtd with mine. Done! Now save your archive. Wasn't so hard huh?
