- run OpenIV and open vehicles.img or wherever your car is
- switch to EDIT MODE
- choose wtd file/edit
- choose the sign_* dds file and click replace with new png file
--- save and close Replaces: Nothing you have to ADD it to the car

@Pitbull97 Ohh man ;( Who care that this car has red interior only ;( If some1 want than he will paint in red .. who else paint in black and else paint in yellow ;( It's pretty bad ;(
