THIS CONFIGURATION OF ICELAGLACE'S ICENHANCER PACKAGES IS
USING 1.2C/1.2D BETA + 1.25 / 1.35 PUBLIC ICENHANCER PACKAGES MADE AND
INTEGRATED BY ICELAGLACE.
OTHERWISE, THIS PACKAGE AIMS TO RECREATE TEH BEST WEATHERS FROM ALL THE ICENHANCERS FROM UNRELEASED PRE-BETA (AWESOME CLOUDY / DRIZZLE) AND SUNNY WEATHERS & NIGHTS FROM THE ICENHANCER PACKAGES
/// BUGS:
Problem: During transitional times in change of time WATER can go BRIGHT yellow
/ pink. Solution: Wait for it to go back to normal.
Problem: CUTSCENE LIGHTING: Most cutscenes can look more bright than I like.
Necessary.
Solution: Enter missions and use cutscenes at night ~19:00 - 07:45 when lights
are in full effect.
Problem: Sunshine in Cloudy Weather aka Direct Light
Solution: This is a feature, not a bug. Thank Ice for it. It's amazing. XD
Problem: Game won't start. This is a doosy. Best to visit this thread for any

why this mod for me was very dim.
All ENB packages these days are designed for use with Xliveless because if you are not using Xliveless, GTA IV uses something like a stock timecyc which makes everything look weird.
