Car is just normal APC only Handling is modded. Car is suitable for killing, destroying cars and killing cops & copcars. I have added some more speed that it's more fun, coz APC is pretty slow. File have More Car Damage what is made by white8man, just that those other cars wreck easily when you crash to them.
More Car Damage is made by: white8man.

How To Install
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

1.Go to C://Program Files (x86)/RockStar Games/EFLC/TBoGT
2. Open Common
3. Open Data
4. Open Handling.dat using Notepad or something like that program
5. Make Backup from the original Handling.dat!!
6. Drag my Handling.dat to Common/Data and replace your old one
7. Or if you don't want to lose your other cars Handling lines just copy this Handling line to Handling.dat:
(Check from ReadMe.)
8. Remember This Works Only On TBoGT, Not In TLAD Or Normal IV!
9. Go to game and enjoy :) Replaces: Handling.dat

Nice one, Carry. Though I wish someone could make a proper full fledged TANK for GTAIV, like an M1 M1 Abrams, or a WW2 Tiger, or even better, a King Tiger (II) or an IS2. I remember a previous version of GTA that had a tank, can't remember which series the game was, but that'd be a blast to have in GTAIV.

Just blowing the crap out of everything, and running over anything in it's way, fun.

@SoAmazing,

The title pretty much states it all. He edited the APC's mass to a greater value than what it already was so that when he hit vehicles, they get pushed out of the way as if there was no weight pushing him back, therefore the speed of the APC does not reduce.
