custom enb series tested on:

GTA IV San Andreas (1.0.7 Patch GTA IV)
GTA IV Gostown Paradise
Just extract into GTA IV Directory and then you are good to go.

If you press shift+F12 the game will be normal graphics.
but expect framerate drop of 5-10 frames but i assure you its wort it. potent eyecandy. Replaces: nada, zilch, nothing, only shaders
