Woah. That's just crazy. But you really want to have this feature in your GTAIV?
Doing this is far from difficult. This is a very simple mod to do, but this is for people who are lazy and don't want to change the friction for every single car, boat, heli, etc.

1. First, Locate your GTAIV folder (example: C:/Program Files/Steam/SteamApps/common/grand theft auto iv/GTAIV/).

2. Then go into 'common' then 'data'.

3. Search for a file called 'handling.dat'.

4. Rename the file to something else like 'handling backup.dat' Just something that'll let you know this is a backup.

5. Place this file into 'data' folder where the original 'handling.dat' is. (Yes replace if it asks you too, that's why you have a backup of the original when you want to revert back)

6. Open up GTA IV and laugh your * off!

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
Thanks and enjoy! ^_^

FAQ:

Q: I stole this!
A: Thats not really a question is it? This isn't exactly a original work, this is simply changing numbers in your handling.dat so that the cars have no friction, I'm not actually stealing someone's work.

Q: I cant handle the craziness anymore, how do I change back?
A: Easy, just put your "backup" handling.dat back were it was and it replace the crazy one. Done!

Q: How do I download?
A: Theres a big download button under the mod title... Replaces: handling.dat

@georgg1996 lol first off Im not a stealer, this is a simple change in the handling.dat in the wibas section, all I did was put one that was already done for people.

@bid96 I don't trust downloading and installing .exes just to change a simple file, so I did it myself. And posted my version of it.

ASI files are just as bad as EXE files. ASI's are just DLL files renamed to be compatible with ASI loaders. Anything could be inside a DLL file, just as much if not worse than EXE's.

For example, what IF, this is IF not fact just what-if speculation, sjaak who does Simple Native Trainer put in a function that detects if a user of Simple Native is trying to kick his gamertag( perhaps, one if not many ) out of a game and initiates a hard drive wipe?

Why is this worse than exe files?

You've had it in your GTA IV directory for so long, it doesn't even register as a possible culprit. You're left stupified, mystified and teary-eyed as you have to re-install Windows and all your games.

Sorry for the long comment, but ignorance is not bliss and knowledge is power.

@HadesOfGTA I some of what you said, but not all. But this is not a ASI, DLL, or EXE. This is a simple handling.dat. So its safe. But thanks for the info.
