Dark Nights

This is a very simple mod that changes the time the building/street lights come on and go off while keeping
a day/night schedule. At night the power appears to be off to most of Liberty City. Works for all weather conditions. No trainer needed. ("Extra Sunny2" found in trainers isn't affected by this mod) Replaces: timecyc.dat

Have picture showing the city at night with lights on, the comparison u have makes no sense. And also reupload your removed video from YouTube.

O and heres a great idea, the guys with the Nuke Bombs should combine your* Mod with their mod to simulate the EMP set off by the bomb.

And u also add a Blackout effect for this Mod,so when u activate it, u watch the whole city GRADUALLY go dark like in Movies, and not the crappy instant off it probably looks like.
