Its Very easy steps for changing skins!

1. Step Ju mast open spark GTA IV/GTA IV EFLC

2. Step U mast Find car model where U instal Dodge Charger or Mitsubishi!

3.If U have police car Open Police wtd.

3.1. First Open GTA IV ROCKSTAR GAMES cdimage,police by (EDIT)

3.2. Find In Police files
(PAINTJOB)

3.3. After then When U Change Skin Need save this File!

4. U need Save police car!
Save Rebuild save

5. All is done Don't forget go out from spark!

6. Now U can Enjoy!
