copy folder contents in your folder with game.
before you start the game turn off the program NVIDIA GeForce Experience, MSI Afterburner,
playclaw, Lucidlogix VIRTU MVP, evga precision, gigabyte oc guru.

Nice colors and lighting, only thing i can't get over is that distortion in distance.

I like it how ENB works properly in EFLC now.

With your v1 settings, I couldn't adjust the intesity or the saturation of the street lights. Is it fixed in this version, and if it's not, is it possible to fix that, because while I have a lovely looking night time, the street lights are kind of ruining it by being extremely bright.

завтра наконец то преступлю к работе на отдельными источниками света, надеюсь что их удастся починить, ибо тока они не работают как надо, боюсь что возня с ними окажется труднее всего, так как по словам Бориса рокстар там на шаманили будь здоров.

I see, and what about the clouds? Is it possible to make them look like in Icenhancer? I don't mean the thing that they move, I mean how they look. For example on the latest released Icenhancer it looks really nice and realistic.

EDIT: Also I found a bug. The reflection changes to super high if you drive on broker bridge or if you are near the helipad in algonquin. Any idea why it would do that?

About this reflection bug. It seems to be only happening on rain, drizzle or stormy weather. After a while more and more places will get this, where the reflection changes to superhigh and the sky becomes white instead of grey. Anyone else have this bug?

Very beautiful (especially at night).

I only replaced your enbpalette.bmp by the enbpalette.bmp of this enb http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/cge-enb-30-for-gta-iv-and-eflc-f16563 and given the rain by default* in EFLC common data visualSettings.dat and EFLC TBoGT common data visualSettings.dat

*except rain.NumberParticles.ps3 2048 rain.NumberParticles 8142 (Reduced Rain v1.0)

Issues, please :

- How to adjust (to reduce or remove) the blur effect from a distance ?

- How to remove rain in the house ?
