Description:
Hello everyone. I've worked on these settings for months and I'm finally ready to release them.
As you can see in the title, the settings are made for patch 1030/1040. I didn't test them on 1070/1120 and can't guarantee that they will function properly. If you want to try it out or even fix the 1070/ELFC related problems yourself, please go ahead and do so.
Included in the .rar archive are several performance- and depth of field related presets that should help you set up your game if you don't have any ENB experience whatsoever. Also included is a readme file that hopefully explains everything you need to know to successfully get this mod to work.
If you need help with ENB-related problems, please visit the official ENB homepage (enbdev.com) and check out the forums.
I hope the screenshots will give you an idea on how the settings will look like. If screenshots are not enough for you, I also did a short teaser (about 1min) that you can see here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YQ3t8i_hGaI
Please be aware that I made these settings with my hardware in mind, as they can look a lot different to you. The monitor plays a large role in that. But I hope you can enjoy them anyway or at least use the included files to do something on your own. If you do so, please credit me and the other guys (listed above) that made it all possible.

If saturation is a problem for you, please download this timecyc.dat and try it again. This should take down the saturation a notch and hopefully makes the experience more enjoyable for you.

@m1ke
My specs are the following:
Asus P8P67 Rev 3.1
Intel i5 2500k @4GHz
8GB Corsair XMS3 CL8
EVGA GeForce GTX 570
If you want a lens flare effect, you will have to download this enbbloom.fx file and replace it with the old one.

The bloom will be probably too strong, so you will have to further change the BloomAdditive value located at the top of the enbeffect.fx file.
My patch is 1040. PC Intel i7 860, Nvidia gtx 460 and 8gb of DDR3 ram.
I just cycled through all times and weathers without any problems, no "flash" or any other signs of problems. I hope that answers your question. :)
How much fps do i lose
I have 310m and i5-430m =D
Sorry I don't have a lot of experience with notebook hardware or notebooks in general and can't really tell you how much performance you will lose. You will have to download the mod and check it out yourself. I've included a high performance preset, maybe that is something that would help you. :)
Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33GHz, 4,0GB RAM, NVIDIA Geforce GT 120 ?? Thanx
I doubt that it will run any good with your hardware. You could try to set IV to low-mid details, a low resolution like 1280x720 and also use the 'High Performance' preset I've included in my ENB package. Maybe it will work that way with decent FPS. If you really want to enjoy IVs and ENBs full potential, you will need a faster quad core, something along the lines of 3,2GHz and a better GPU like the GTX 560Ti.
Try out my 'High Performance' preset, that will get you the best performance you can achieve with ENB. There are no other settings that will run better. Your PC is just not powerful enough to run any kind of ENB config or IV itself at its full potential.
I'm sorry but I'm not exactly sure what you are talking about. My timecyc is optimized for my ENB settings and effects, I redid all weathers myself including the rainy weather if that is what you are asking.
