My first official release of my second ENB-Settings.
Powerfull graphics for powerfull machines :)
As usual only for patch:
- 1.0.3.0
- 1.0.4.0
- 1.0.0.4
==> ALL CREDITS GOES to:
- Boris Vorontsov, Dpeasant3, Icelaglace, gp65cj04, dkt70, AAA, MasterKontrol and Timothy Lottes (injected FXAA)

INSTALLATION:
Copy/Paste into your GTA IV Folder!
Start your game, press "pause"-key to enable injected fxaa
Optional:
If you want to enable DoF (Depth of Field) or the vignette. Open enbeffect.fx and read what you have to do.
I only use the HD-Texture-pack by Lord Neophyte:

But still he or icelaglace aren't able to use all effects without bugs on patch 1070... And thats not why they aren't "good" enough to get a enb to work with this patch but as far as i know it is impossible to use all enb-effects with patch 1070 without changing parts in gtaiV.exe... and this is illegal.
Thats the reason why nearlly every enb is for 1040.
Anyhow, the bloom in the video you posted looks great :)
- Skylighting effect doesn't work on patch 7, need a changes only by Boris V to work.
- SSAO effect doesn't work on patch 7 natively, but you can add this effect by .FX file (not necessary Boris fix).
Anyways, Boris V. says will add support (finally) for latest patch and some new effects :)
PS: I only play on Multiplayer, alone in Liberty City is too boring for me :(
you've just no idea ... 1.0.7.0 is the last shit .... the best patches are 1.0.3.0,1.0.4.0,1.0.0.4 on this patches GTAIV runs at the best and at 1.0.7.0 GTAIV runs at worst!

RAM: DDR3 12GB
HDD: 750GB 7200RPM
Im running GTA FULL Graphic with mods at 30-50FPS(no lag).The thing is this... Everytime I download any ENB /Icenhancer mods I have a huge amount of lag mostly impossible to play. I forgot to mention that the game cannot find my 3GB video memory. Please if someone can help that would be very kind of you.
(p.s. gave you a 10/10 to keep this mod in the good)

i included 4 different dof-versions you can choose from (2 static, 2 dynamic) and many tweaking lines in the enbeffect, but not your hq dof :/
@gametom: hard to tell but still a ~3000$ gaming notebook has not the graphic power of ~1000$ pc... so i think you have to use a enb for mid-pcs for running it smooth with your notebook :(
are they suppose to be overly saturated and colored?

I had the same problem with my gpu.
In the commanline line add...
-availablevidmem 2.2
@ Schakusa :what do you call a "powerful machine" ?
I use i7 2600k, gtx580, 16gb ram and it runs wirh mostly 40fps with a fps drop on 25 while sunrise on raining :D
So, backup your files and try it if you like how it looks like :)
But i will upload my 2.1 version soon.
