Dude nice one, I'm portuguese and love these signs. Although I am not using those, keeping the game as american/original as possible.

Nice job, those at the tunnel don't make sense though.. there's no need to indicate which car has right of way when the two lanes are divided by a middle part. That sign is ment for bottleneck points where two cars can't go through at the same time.

Other then that it's a very nice addition to those looking to make gta 4 more european.
