I don't know why this file is under rated this is the best ENB mod i have found ever for my 1.0.7.0 patch ever since the game came out i was never ever satisfied with the results or the performance of the any ENB mod i ever installed but this one surprised me big time because it has everything one can look for nice graphics good performance beautiful visuals and lots of others stuff ,trust me guys i have no complaints what so ever by this great mod yeah but i wanted to mention one thing in the end that the RED sky bug fix doesn't really do the job it is there but not quite often it appears but certain times of the day certain panning of camera brings it otherwise the great ENB out there for 1.0.7.0 rest of the patches i don't know.

hey i installed ur enb to my 1070 gta iv but its not working, i have fx8120, 7970, 8gb ram, it works when i dont have enb but after coping and paste ur enb its not working, i also have trainer, when i click run as administrator it loads but after 3-4seconds it just crashes but it dosent give message. please help me out i have tryed almost all of the enb on gta4mods.com but none of them worked,
