Yea I know that this is stupid mod coz almoust everyone can make this, so don't need to say it on Comments!!
Well I think that everybody can make this like 'mods' but those who can't can dowload this!
These are just normal Weaponinfo mods, what just speed up your game in MP and SP :D
I'm not sure that does Annihilator shoot faster but you can test it.
Now with this 'mod' it's easier to kill and destroy other players cars and stuff :D
This also have Automatic Desert Eagle made by Keijo Fin. If you don't want it go to Weaponinfo and COPY that original Desert Eagles weapon line and then drag my Weaponinfo to there and PASTE that original Desert Eagles line to there. I don't take credit for that Desert Eagle only for Buzzard, APC and Annihilator!

I haven't actually downloaded your mod (sorry, only because i know how to do it) but if you would like some advice, with the Annihilator's info set this:
timebetweenshots="66"> to timebetweenshots="0">
This will make it 2x faster then what you have shown here.
Also if you change this: <data slot="HEAVY" firetype="INSTANT_HIT" damagetype="EXPLOSIVE" group="RIFLE_ASSAULT"
To this: <data slot="HEAVY" firetype="INSTANT_HIT" damagetype="BULLET" group="RIFLE_ASSAULT"
Changing 'EXPLOSIVE' to 'BULLET' you will be able to see the bullet trail made by the mini-guns as oppose to not having that modified and seeing no trail thus not being able to tell where you are aiming half the time, just some advice.
