CME117, delete dsound.dll file and this ENB is not work on GTAIV 1.0.7.0

Yes looks good, using fog instead of farclip to simulate less visibility due to thick rain. If you get up there in heli fog gets thinner higher you are, which was disappointing. Luckily visual settings has line for it. If you set misc.Multiplier.heightEnd somewhere about 900, fog will be same thick all the way sky high.
