I have core i7 at 4.0Ghz, 6Gb of RAM, and two evga GTX 570 SC in SLI.
And about if I could upgrade It'd be definitely next Nvidia graphic card in the same category as GTX 570, some 670 SLI, BTW for me in this game with ENB mod, two cards works like it should it's almost 150%-160% benefit in fps.
I would recommend you this cards in SLI it's most stable two card solution and not that expensive, if you consider what GPU power they can bring to you.

Thanks to you I now have an ENB set that I am 100% happy with. I added the shaders from iCEnhancer, probably authored by DKTronic, seem to be similar to his RealityIV mod, installed Vanni's HD tree mod and then used your FXAA versoin (needed the performance 'cos of the amount of video memory required by Vanni's). I tweaked it a little for shinier cars, better tree colours and a bit more bloom but on the whole, I really like your colour palette. I am using the non DKT version, only because I like to use Better City Textures for the grass and ground textures and DKT's road textures don't mix well with the roads in that mod...
... Now if only I could convince DKTronic to upload ALL of his road textures, I could SparkIV them into the img files and have the perfect graphical setup (do you hear my plea DKTronic??? ;-) )
Anyhow, I have given you a 10/10 for this, I would give you 20/10 if I could.

I've gone through every time and weather setting I can think of and there isnt a single moment that doesnt look amazing. Most ENB's have at least one time/weather moment that looks a bit ho hum. Not yours. Even the 'drab' weather (fog etc), looks haunting and atmospheric.
The effects don't draw attention to themselves but instead, exist harmoniously. This mod tricks your brain into thinking its real.
It's a great mod for virtual photographers. Its almost a photography simulator.
Speaking of which, is there a good way to get those super hi res pics you provide? Mine look great at 1680x1050 but they lack the crispness of yours.

What can I do to enable motion blur?
I do use them. But I have so many variations of the GTAIV folder that it's possible i've forgotten to copy it across. Every time I try something new I start with vanilla 1.0.4.0 and then copy all my keeper mods over. It's getting more complicated as I select more mods as 'permanent'.

Just checked. Yes I am using them. DKT's gtxd.img is around 95mb and the default gtxd.img is around 28mb.

By the way, if you haven't checked out the WTC mod yet you should. It makes the skyline and pictures that much better.

You're god damn right about that. Can't remember when I last 'played' the game. Can't remember the last time I was content to 'leave as is'. Can't remember the last time I didn't sacrifice something critical so I could continue to mod.

60 degrees celcius is normal and I'd say it's very good temperature for this card if you consider how ENB 0.82 can stress any GPU. I have no idea what makes that error, there is so much variables, sorry but I can't help with that.
BTW Did you use trainer and asi loader from my archive ? It works flawlessly for me and other users.
I cannot recommend using this mod with any other mods (aside from a basic trainer and maybe roads/trees mod) if you do not have a top-end PC. Even those with top-end PCs will find they will be somewhat limited in how many other modifications they can install.
I should also add, the ambient occlusion definitely looks great. However once again, fair warning: There is probably 2, maybe 3 graphics cards on the market that can actually handle it at full frame. GTX 590, Radeon 6990, and a GTX 580 w/ 3GB VRAM. Anything less (including my GTX 580 @ 1.2GB VRAM) will drop into the teens for FPS when using this setting in motion.
10/10 still none the less... just incredible looking mod.
- I really do like the lens flare effect however I find it's a bit too apparent, shows up a bit too often, and is a tad too saturated in color. How would I change these settings?

You can't adjust ingame resolution if you using in ENB AA(SuperSampling). I'll give you step by step instruction what you need to do: First of all when your game is ready for ENB (it's means 1.0.4.0) put in game main directory files from this folders "dsound.dll , xlive.dll" ; "The Main ENB by Gionight" and copy/past files with replacement from "pc" and "common" folders into same name folders from your game. Than write your monitor native resolution in "enbseries.ini" in this lines ( DisplayWidth=???? DisplayHeight=???? ) than open "commandline.txt" and change my figures to your monitor native resolution multiplied by 2 (example: if you have 1920x1080 it should be in commandline.txt 3840x2160) and thats it.

Of-course, it's very demanding if you using Supersampling with Ambient Occlusion and it's only for a day-time use from 5am to 10 pm in this combination, and you need another 580 to run it at the constant 50 fps I have gtx 570 SC in SLI and game never deeps below 45 fps with SSAA and SSAO at 1680x1050 res. My advise to you, just turn off SSAO and it will run just fine on your rig. If you want to play Without Lens Flares, you need to replace your "enbbloom.fx" for the one which in "Without Lens Flare" folder.

I think you did something wrong if your game don't look like in my screenshots, try to read READ-ME.txt. And there is no way to fit start loading screen to you monitor, every ENB with in ENB AA would work the same way , but when you are in game it must look just as usual.

Thanks for the reply. I use AO for photos but disable it when playing for hardware reasons. I have two questions still:
1) First is about the SSAO_SSIL settings in the enbseries ini. If I disable AO using the hotkey, do these settings not matter anymore? Or do these settings affect the ENB with or without AO enabled?
2) Is there a way to simply disable the SuperSampling from the original MAIN GIONIGHT ENB version? I am finding the FXAA no-SS version looks weird on my computer.

Just wanted to comment and say that yours is probably the best ENB out there ;) After looking at screenshots of it on IGN, man it was like falling in love all over again. I downloaded other ENB graphic mods hoping they look like this one, but they just weren't.. realistic enough for me. They enhanced the graphics, sure, but they honestly weren't good enough.
Some people are idiots who don't know how to workaround things. If they realized that the GTA IV's title screen goes black if you play on Social Club offline, you could fit that into your mind that everything will probably be the same if you were to increase the resolution. They probably just thought "omg wtf is this, no scr33n?!" Hey, how about pressing the damned enter key to see if it works? Nope! - just gonna close everything and post angry comments!
...anyway, off with my ranting. Even though I miss looking at a screen-to-fit splash and loading screen, I can see pass that! And the interior lighting is a lot bright during cutscenes, but it doesn't stop me from enjoying them.

With this mod game loading longer. I dont know how long it is in ur case. With me is around +/- 10-20 sec. Im useing 8gb ram /win 7x64
There is no faster loading fix as i know... u can always install no intro but loading will take the same time ;P

But both a mod and the other I have the same issue : The game is really too much bright during the cutscenes (when I say too muche, I mean everything is literaly glowing) and it's so fuzzy that I feel like a nearsighted without glasses.
The last problem, and surely one of the biggest : I can't drop the screen display below 3360x2100, so either I'm missing three quarters of the screen, or I change the commandlist to switch to 1920x1080 but the game is then separated from the main screen and a small cell that is grafted over the top left.
Please, I beg you, does somebody could help me? I think I'm gonna give up.

1. Apply patch 1.0.4.0
2. copy xlive.dll and dsound.dll into the GTA-folder
3. copy all files from "The Main ENB by Gionight" into the GTA-Folder.(overwritw files -> yes)
4. edit enbseriers.ini -> set resolution to 1920/1080
5. edit comandline.txr -> set resolution to 3840/2160
6. Start launchgta.exe
When i check my ingame settings i can't change non of it because my resource usage tells me i got a total vram of 352 MB!!! Because of that all settings are set to "low" and "1". I have a HD 6950 with 2GB VRAM ---> WTF?!?!!
Can anybody help me with that?

I've been trying to use tis enb for AGES! But it always get's a glitch that makes evrything f**ked up. I mean that the screen is all black put one small corner of the screen has the game on it, and it is all blurry and crashes eventually.

10/10, GJ, only downside is that it is pretty taxing, but 25-35fps is still okay with 2500k+560ti (ambient occulsion disabled) considering how awesome it looks.

After driving for some minutes and having reached top speed with whatever car I am driving with, all of a sudden the car starts accelerating all by itself and I cannot stop it anymore... this happens everytime and as soon as it happened, its the same for all cars I enter.... any comments on that from anybody maybe?
