hey this is my new way enb series 1.0.4.0 and patch tested on ATI HD 4650 1GB in that video to me is a little lag with Fraps because I filmed thank you I hope you enjoy!!

this enb series I worked very hard to see a white color a little dense in the game I could not change anyway I tried many ways you can alter time and weather and will be oke thanks

Im using HD 6900 series card 2gb version i believe is this mod better than the ultimate textures 2.0 mod i already got installed ?

I have to say this is not good, you actually brought the graphics down, it looks like San Andreas at least at closest look. I'd rather play GTA 4 regular than with this. Sorry
