This is my first ENB mod, so go easy on me :)

Updates will soon follow.
Based off of ENB v0.82 by Boris Vorontsov

Many components such as Timecycles are from various authors, but all ENB files and .fx files are edited fully by me.

Tested on patch 1.0.7.0, but i see no reason why is wont also work of patch 1.0.4.0 (not sure about other patches)

If you want to you can use components of my mod, but just give credit to me.

Please email me of any bugs, ill fix them as soon as possible, but red sky bug will occur of patch 1.0.7.0, and sadly there is no fix for it :(

Read the Readme, it contains important info, seriously :) Replaces: Ugly Stock GTA IV graphics

Thank you for the support crazzkid and markos :)

To clear up any confusion this ENB is for low end PC's, so graphics are lower than lets say icenhancer to get higher fps. Ill soon make an ENB for high end PC's and go all out on graphics, and its coming along smoothly. Anti-aliasing is very important for good graphics so i included FXAA to make it look very smooth :)

Hope i helped.

This looks like it could use some color & light improvements, otherwise this ENB looks very nice compared to being a low-end pc ENB. Keep it up 10/10

To be honest they look too much like the original. Too dark and warm color tone.

Thank you Fabriciuz its great to hear such a great modder like you commenting on my ENB. I definitely agree that is needs more color and when i uploaded this mod i played my game to see what i can improve for the next update and to little color screamed out to me! Now color is much improved and ive gotten ENB color palletes, lightsprites, etc. to improve color. Working hard to make this as good as i can, but I'm still a beginner, so I'm still learning.

Hey Phantomic,

I'm completely new here and this is the first time I've downloaded a mod for GTA IV. I'd really like to try out your mod, but I have no clue how to install it at all! I just bought GTA IV with the DLC on a Steam sale for $7.50. :)

Anyway, my problem is being a complete newb... I have no idea on how to "install" this mod. Your description says to read the "readme" file which I always do. But the problem is the "readme" file is just a shortcut file that doesn't seem to lead anywhere? Is there anyway you can help out a poor newb? ;)
