1.0.4.0 is destined to work, 7 I'm not so sure.

Both editions, mine and EVO's have the same effect on FPS +3-4?

I see no difference from the original L3Evo's. I was test it on patch 1.0.7.0 and it look absoluty same.

For me its FAKE

It can only break your card if your card temperature is too high, setting in-game settings to settings you know you can handle and reducing dust is a must.
