install:Open up sprakiv/openIV and navigate to Grand Theft Auto IV/pc/data/maps/props/vegetation (ext_veg) replace all files in the zip
dont forget to back up original :)
if some of the flowers look werid in the screenshots dont worry they wont be like that ingame
