I use plates form HQ pack to San Andreas by Argjent96 and add some new that i made or i find in car mods. In pack now are car plates for countries:

How install info in .txt file.
Also you can make you own country plate. Just find good photo of it and install it. Enjoy!

Do zrobienia tej paczki urzyłem tablice od Argjent96 oraz różne tablice które były wraz z samochodami.
Część zrobiłem samodzielnie. W pacze są tablice dla następujących krajów:
