This is very close. To bad, every sound in GTA IV when max rev, they all are so quiet, in real life, it would burst you're eyes, but theres nothing noone can do about that, except R* it'sself.

I cannot get this mod to work with my game. My car ends up being completely silent (no engine sound) other then tire noises.
Followed your video to the T other than that I am using the turismo (not the coquette) but I changed the name to SUPERCAR_1.ivaud as it is the correct sound for that car.
Nice job again MKMario. What a great compliment to the Ferrari sound!
