Base setting of L3EVO ENB series

This ENB seies are 100% for low pc,make your GTA IV looks realistic with strong shadow

Works both on:
1)Patch 1.0.4.0
2)Patch 1.0.7.0

Known bugs patch 1.0.4.0:
1)No bugs at all

Known bugs patch 1.0.7.0:
1)Red sky bug
2)White sky bug

Cons:
1)Extra sunny 2 looks ugly
2)Interior looks very dark
3)Evening & night looks very dark sometimes

Beside that,other works fine

Installation:
Simply copy all data from the folder to GTA IV directory

Any problem ?

Cons:

1)Extra sunny 2 looks ugly

2)Interior looks very dark

3)Evening & night looks very dark sometimes

4)Cars are too shiny

5)Player is to shiny

6)You can see nothing in interior

this is quite poor..... you should really try my personal config for low spec pcs and edit yourself.... my specs are:

PENTIUM D 3.90Ghz x2

4Gb RAM DDR3 800Mhz

ATi Radeon HD5450 1Gb DDR3

ALSO, there is no red sky bug in my config either. all files are included so it should work on all patches, not sure about EFLC though...

I'm actually impressed, for a low end enb this looks great.

Ill probably try this later on my crappy laptop and see how it runs.

@RonyBrazilMod, i like your config, 8/10, i got a slight stutter in FPS after around 25mins of gaming though, is this because of my poor pc and its low spec??

@ItsAllAboutGTA , no problem, its far from finished though, some people may want to edit my settings, iv had to run ultra low specs for game to be playable while i was editing. but let me know what you think of it, maybe some ideas on how to improve too ? :-)
