Yes, there will still be lights but they won't work. Els is known to crash the game too.

Well, thanks for it anyway! I don't use ELS but this is a true beauty and a welcomed addition to GTA IV.

If there ever is a non-ELS version I'll use it straight away. :)

To be honest with you guys, this vehicle wouldn't look good as NON-ELS as it uses LED lights, not rotators. Also, I've ran ELS for over a year and have NEVER crashed with it. If you wanna be a "cop killer" just go find some NON-ELS cop cars or just stick with the stock.

^Wow, that's kinda foul. You do understand the entire premise of Grand Theft Auto IV is to evade and retalliate against the law, yeah? I don't want to be a 'cop killer' but just saying, if you like to play the game, as the main character, ELS is not for you. Which is why a non-ELS version would be great - even if it's not as realistic as the ELS version. Let's face it - non ELS vehicles will never be as realistic as the ELS vehicles - but - as I noted above - there are good reasons for that.

@Officer_Sharp erm, please do link me the ELS your using which has never crashed, cause that is impossible never crashing for you! its a known fact that ELS is a good mod, BUT if it only ever was stable! which its not and never has been :(
