NYC related mod pack that changes graphics/clothes/cops/props/guns/cars/ads/signs/billboards and sounds.

I only tested this on gta4 steam patch 1.0.7.0,this should work with other patch's you would just have to change the emb files.

I did not make any of these mods myself,i just found them,tested them and organized the files.All credit goes to the original creator's.

One last thing,i wanted to add more car mods but everytime i did nothing but taxi's would spawn,then i tried a traffic control but that gave me texture problems so i left them out.File size is 479MB. Replaces: ClothesCopsPropsGunsCarsSignsAds

I got this ENB version to work. However I get low fps and laggy. I am running two ati HD5870's in crossfire and a i7920 at 4.0GHz 6gb or memory @ 1600MHz. Running on the newest steam version of the game, what ever that version would be. any tips on upping my fps?

WarFox101: In the emb files there is a file named enbseries its a configuation settings file,open it you should see a options under [GLOBAL] called ForceNVidiaCard=true,replace true with false.Then disable crossfire,gta4 works way better with 1 card ati or nvidia.And last use the in game graphic settings from the 2 pics after that you should be getting 50+ fps.
