Pretty nice.

One question, do all of them try to chase you when you get a wanted level or only a selected amount?

I ask this because in Carry's video they don't chase him at all but instead act like pedestrian vehicles. Then again Carry may have had the wanted level disabled via Trainer.

you can make this with NeedleIV by editing popcycle.dat. you just have to set the cop precentage to 100 and they ALL will chase you.

@XTREME0235 Yes, I disabled my Wanted level via Trainer but we used this in MP so everybody cop in streets chase you if you shoot em!

they will chase you who are close to you , but try to find one file and get more cops at other wanted levels
