In timecyc You should change FarClp from 1500.00 to about 3500.00 or more as it should help increase by 5fps due to PreFetch.

@tls2323 i set mine all to 1500 - 3500 1200 - 3500 900 - 3500 all 3500 but thats just me :)

with nvidia gtx 285 works great !! I use this mod aslo with VisualIV and EnbSeries and its perfect ! nothing to say :D

All this mod does is spawn streets full of taxis. Used to work fine but now I rarely see anything but taxis and a few police cars on the streets. Is this some kind of joke? (I'm running EFLC if that has anything to do with it)

To bad cars dont spawn faster, when they do, theres heaps of them. But if you look down the street, nothing new will come. But i suppose thats just GTA..?

the readme file doesnt make total sense:

Copy files to grand theft auto 4/common/data

filelist and timecyc.dat to grand theft auto 4/pc/data

what files to do copy to common/data? and there is no timecyc.dat

the files in the archive/folder is: filelist.pak popcylce.dat readme.txt

thats it. and the filelist.pak is replacing a 13MB file with a 0.008MB file?

the filelist was empty and the readme doesn't give a good explanation, etc.

There seem to be a file missing as I cannot find it. It's the timecyc.dat. Also filelist.pak seems to be too small.

hello for people who are confused about installation this file is incomplete download the one suggested by nygmeth its the same file with the necessary files

you put the timecyc and fileist in Gta4/pc/data (you will know if you ahve done it right because it will ask for an overwrite)

then you put the popcycle and visual settings files into the gta4/common/ data (again it will ask for an overwrite)

filelist.pak prevents modding!,So in order to mod it has to be replaced ,Sheesh people are so dumb

Mod sound good, BUT

This mod doesn't contain all files.

Read me is very confusing and irritating.

Mod just leads to mass spawn of taxis.
