I reccomended you to install Vanni83/DPeasant3 trees mod and latest DKT70 Road Textures

Runs great getting around 30 to 40 fps with the (quality folder) it's a bit too bright for me. Too many stars but great enb! 10/10

It's for 1.0.4.0, If it was for 1.0.7.0, then it would support EFLC. So, No.
