The only way to get it is to waste your time making a pointless 4Shared account, the mod uploader should have thought about that.

Uploading mods to sites which require an account is a bad idea for modders.

Anyway, awesome mod! The roads look amazing, and makes the game heaps more realistic. 10/10!

No actually, luckily I didn't rate it yet. And im sorry for being a fool before, but I was able to download it now, BUT the file is 134mb (too big) I have EnB and alot of other shit, so it just wont make it. I will not rate this at all since I didn't use it.
