ITS FOR PATCH 1.0.7.0 AND IS STILL NOT FINISHED, BUT MY AIM WAS TO INCREASE FPS AND FIX THE RED SKY BUG.... I HAVE MANAGED TO DO BOTH.... BUT BEFOIRE ANY BAD FEEDBACK PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS NOT AN ENB BUILD. IT IS SIMPLY MY PERSONAL CONFIG WITH ALL ASSOCIATED FILES INCLUDED
