open SparkIV or OpenIV, find hud.wtd in: EFLC/TBoGT/pc/textures or EFLC/TLaD/pc/textures (only if u have the EFLC standalone disc) or if u only have IV then it's: Grand Theft Auto IV/pc/textures

After you make a video and process it to 1080 p/ 720 p there will be some logos at the bottom. this deletes it
