Based in the iCEnhancer20N-Jumper_311Editedv1.0 MOD (by jumper_311), I've done the best compilations of other sub-mods, modified and added my own improvements.

* Blood realistic (damages in the bodies by dDefinder, new realistic splashes of blood by me).
* Rain improved and more realistic (by me).
* Rebalanced the colors, lighting and definition (by me).
* Added Optimal Brightness Calibration for screen display (by me).
* Added Recommended Settings to good performance (by me).
* Added Bigger and Realistic Explosion Mod v3 (by NGT) with some improvements in physics (by me)
* Added three traffic methods by switches (by me):
- QUALITY (Default): Real Traffic v1.0 (by Chikamru)
- PERFORMANCE: Traffic Load Final 29/01/14 (by ikt)
- NORMAL: Original of the game (by Rockstar)
* Added two DoF (Depth of Field) methods by switches (by me):
- DYNAMIC (Default) (recalibrated by me)
- STATIC (by IcE La Glace)

[Installation instructions]
1) Install the GTA 4 1.0 (original).
2) Install/downgrade obligatorily patches in the following order:
1.0.1.0: http://www.gamershell.com/download_37156.shtml
1.0.2.0: http://www.gamershell.com/download_38432.shtml
1.0.3.0: http://www.gamershell.com/download_42102.shtml
1.0.4.0: http://www.gamershell.com/download_47490.shtml
3) Put and overwrite all the contents of Photorealistic MOD (v2 recommended) in the game directory. Replaces: Overwrite original files.

Those higher reflections on cars makes it look good, ain't it. Just specular offset during rain can make it way too much. Unfortunately cars offset is not possible to set separately. Video in rain actually looks really nice. Good job.

GTA 4 is not optimized very well. And this MOD will consume even more resources.

1.0.4.0 is the version that gives better performance. If you have 1.0.7.0 version, make a downgrade installing 1.0.4.0 patch, it should work.

I have rebalanced the brightness on the v2, nocturnal environments were highly improved. Try again with Optimal Brightness Calibration tutorial.
