@eabettebalterze: Actually, 1070 can have much better graphics. My personal ENB on 1070 looks 10 times better than this ENB. I know its a WIP, but still...

Hmm. SSAO+SSAA, on any card, makes the game somewhat unplayable from my experience. I had a GTX 680 for a while and there wasn't any ENB I tried, with SSAO+SSA enablaed, that averaged more than mid to high 20s for FPS.

It would seem the game engine itself or the ENB mod has some limitations, as I saw only a small difference in performance versus the 580. Many people have reported the same thing; no matter how strong the computer is, GTA with all these enhancements simply cannot maintain a high FPS.

That is one of the reason I say for gameplay purposes, 1040 doesn't really beat out 1070, as you'd have to disable those things anyways to get a respectable FPS. Skylighting really is the main thing you'd get.

I don't mean to thread hijack or anything, and I don't mean to doubt your claims of 35-45fps with this setup. Rather I'm more curious of how you've pulled this off. Is your resolution lower than 1080p maybe?

@Fulcrum - Everyone's personal ENB looks very good. My personal ENB is better than 19/20 ENB mods found on this site. Better than all the top players. Is it ACTUALLY better? No, it's just a product of me having spent 6 months optimizing it for my specific PC and my specific needs. It would be... disastrous if this weren't the case.

@MarkC9: You're talking about the personal PC configs. He was talking about the whole patch itself. He said, "it isnt possible to get these graphics on the latest patch". I was replying to this when I said that its false to claim that Patch 7 cannot have better graphics. In fact, my personal ENB is much better than this one. And I have seen a few other ENBs which are even better than mine. So the point was to talk about patch 7 in general. I was just giving an example when I referred to my ENB.

@MarkC9: I ensure you, that I'm getting these FPS is GTA. If I turn of SSAA I get like 65FPS sometimes. I wont, and I dont, lie about these things. One thing I know for sure is that every single chip, no matter if its a CPU or a GPU isnt running the same way. Maybe you've just had bad luck with your old cards. Just like my old one "GTX 460" it ran like *. :)
