Instructions:

1- Replace gta.dat and images.txt in GTAIVorEFLC/common/data
1b- Or add lines to gta.dat and images.txt

This goes to gta.dat

IPL SECTION:

IPL platform:/DATA/MAPS/RAINBOWQ/RAINBOWQ.IPL


This goes to images.txt

platformimg:/data/maps/rainbowq/rainbowq 0


2- Add the folder rainbowq to GTAIVorEFLC/pc/data/maps

3- Go ingame and it is located between the Happiness Island and Algonquin of GTA IV

4- Enjoy!!

haha awwesome! someone should make a script mod where you can have actual races up here with the NPCs. and the question mark pickups have weapons that racers can pick up :p
