@morgan1999 cause its realistic and it fixes the taxi spam problem when you have mods installed.

INSTALLATION: drop the files into \rockstar games\grand theft auto iv\common\data\

dont forget to backup the original files

It's better than the other traffic mods because you have quiet moments at night. However I removed it because it gets really annoying that at every corner people get hitted by cars and you see damaged cars. That breaked the immersion of the game for me. 7/10

Hello everyone im asking for a little help here. Im pretty sure i saw a mod that makes street lamp posts solid so they just dont fall when hit, but i cant find it anywhere if anybody knows or can point me in the right direction. I already used the search box with no results and searched misc section page by page twice. Nothing, thanx in advance.
