Vehicle list created by Killatomate and modified by //ReVO Graphics.
"Realistic Handling v1.0 ReVO" features handling for 10 vehicles with top speed modified by //ReVO Graphics and 166 vehicles by Killatomate.
Only the most basic parameters are listed here.
This list does not include all vehicles.

This mod is based on Realistic Driving EFLC 1.2.
Changes only the maximum speed of "Super cars".

-Presidente: new handling, acceleration changed to 0-100kph in 6.3 seconds (Cadillac CTS)
-Primo: less oversteer
-Rancher: less likely to flip over, new suspension
-Rebla: new center of mass
-Rhapsody: reworked handling, new brake bias
-Roman: new handling
-Schafter: new handling
-Sentinel: new handling
-Speedo: less likely to flip
-Stallion: new handling
-Sultan: new handling
-SuperDiamond: new handling
-Taxi1: new handling
-Taxi2: new handling
-Uranus: new handling
-Virgo: less oversteer

Thanks to the original author (killatomate). Replaces: handling.dat (and others)

Is it normal for cars to flip on turns, excessive wheel spin, and odd speed with car packs?

I used version 1.2 of Realistic Driving EFLC and there are other new versions of the original mod.
