This version 0.9 of my Realistic Weapons Mod. Please re-download if you have the beta version, as I have fixed some fatal bugs with this mod.
NOTE that this mod is supposed to be highly realistic, such as very limited ammo reserves, accuracy, weapon ranges, weapon magazine sizes, damages, Rounds Per Minute, etc.
I also recommend use of this mod with jclewis' Real Recorded Gun Sounds pack (http://www.gtagarage.com/
mods/download.php?f=12445) Replaces: WeaponInfo.xml

Yeah really. If you guys find and problems with this mod, please don't hesitate to tell me, since this is only a beta release and I want to give the people what they want. :]

been testn this out right quick rabbitman, and I'm diggn it as I share your enthusiasm for realism - however, since installing, my game has crashed twice- both times during a test run, and both times immediately after running out of ammo and Niko chuckn the weapon

I can't remember which weapon I had the first time as it took me unexpectedly.. but the 2nd, I had the smg.. and I'm pretty sure I had that 1 the first time as well- I'll test more within the next 24 and get back to you

@KotsChopShop Alright, I tweaked the line a bit, and I think the problem was that I accidentally was forcing him to throw the gun too fast, I re-tested the line and after emptying all the guns and throwing 'em away it seems stable. This marks version 0.9, and the files should be online shortly.

just tried it bro, still CTD's on me when Niko tosses the SMG :/

so far I've done the same with the DE, RPG, and PSG1, and the SMG is the only one that CTD's after tossn the weapon o.O - I'll try to go thru each additional ratchet if I can

I have tried something in my game recently that I swear used to work and I noticed you have the same kind of change in your mod here. Changing the "Beretta" (automatic shotgun) to use the animation "gun@shotgun" instead of "gun@beretta". Like I said, I have tried this before that I thought it didn't crash. Can anybody verify this is causing crashes? Changing the line back to gun@beretta for the 'anim group'. I'm also interested in using the pump shotgun animation for the Beretta shotgun, as Niko still pumps the gun anyway if you blind-fire.
