It is based on L3EVO87 & my custom settings

What's new:
new sunlight
new reflections
new chrome
new shaders
new Light Intensity
new glass reflections
and lots of things

thanks Thank dtk70 rainwater effect

1 - Copy all the files inside the Simran's ENB
2 - Go to where the game is installed
3 - Paste your files & it's done
4 - Launch your game normally using the LaunchGTAIV.exe

Sorry for my bad english Replaces: old Enb
