Slow Ped Movement Mod

Please explain why you're reporting this file:

this mod make ped movement slower, so easy to kill.


and when player use gun, not all peds flee. few peds retaliation
to player and fire gun to player and cops.


but when got high star and player shoot fiercely, peds aint retaliation. look like they get out gun, but after few seconds, get in gun and flee again.

in screenshot, i didn't fire gun. just point to F_Y_prich. dead peds are kill by melee. Replaces: peds.dat

If you cant kill em on normal speed then maybe you shouldn't be playing IV :)

And your little taxi bug fix isn't reuploaded yet with the correct files popcycle and cargroup. What has vehicles.ide to do with taxibug fix totally Fake i guess.

I use Traffic Control System V1.0B it's the Smoothest taxibug fix i know
