On Leberti City coming snowstorm in a week after a snowfall
half of the city was inundated with tons of snow.

Just awful, take and steal someone else's mod and right texture, and sand on the snow and giving the real author.
i didnt think about that mod !!! snow !!
one advice, if you want it realistic, make snow for roads and buildings in liberty, and make it also on trees and bridges it could be cool !!!
