Major modification on L3EVO 2012 by spycounter called "spXenb v3 EVO"

Tested 1040 & 1070,you can try it for EFLC

What's new/fix's in EVO version?
_New azimuth config
_New water color
_New cloudy,rainy,sunny,extrasunny timecyc config
_New effect.txt for performance presets(better quality than before,thx to Rage Project Team)
_Reduce brighnest at timesquare adverts
_Reconfig environment & sky
_Fix all lighting
_Fix overdark at subway
_FXAA_Tool.exe now work fine on spXenb
_Including my little Retextured & Mix trees from dp3 n vanni83
_& More....

@Benyio It says it compitable with 1.0.7.0 so i think it's compitable too with EFLC

Since the 1.0.7.0 = EFLC

To change the resolution ingame you have to go to enbseries.ini and find the line ForceDisplaySize and change its value to FALSE

@lolaya:Read the "READ THIS CAREFULLY" text to change resolution

Big Image only occur in the first loading,be normal when ingame
