Stunning Graphics IV (used to be called Extreme GFX IV) is a graphics mod with the goals of providing the user with visually beautiful graphics with or without ENB.
I have been working on this mod for over 3 months so far and it is in its last beta stage. However, in my next release, which will be the official release, i want to edit everything to perfection. The enb configuration was made by fonia5 and me. The actual enbseries.ini file was made by fonia5 and slightly tweaked by me. Fonia5 has worked extremely hard on the enbseries.ini and I thank you fonia5 for letting me use it:-)

Also, would this be compatible with Ultimate Textures v2.0 by RealizmIV Team & seba84PL and VisualIV v1.7.1 by City_Poke912?
but this mod is a mod like visualiv so to install this mod you would have to replace the files of visualiv:)

I gave you a 10/10, since too many people here rate mods purposely low.
the sun is normal size but in the enb settings, the bloom values are set higher. So during the mornings and dusks during some weathers it has a large corona!
In my opinion, i think it looks pretty good:)

@kepazza without enb you can run it on any computer that can run gta 4! With enb, it should run on most computers that are able to run gta 4. Just lower the graphics if you run into lag.
without enb yes:) with enb it only works on patches supported by enb.

even without the ENB the graphics still amazing

however, just a word of advice, turn your traffic down because i don't think your processor can handle the traffic set at that high of a level.
