Check the wonderful screenshots. Sorry for the low resolution, Fraps ain't let me choose.
Extract everything to you main GTA IV folder. And BOOM! Extreme graphics. Well that's a short description.. I'm not much of a talker.. So yeah. Enjoy.
Replaces: Graphics, and a little few other things.

Hey bud', nice job on that ENB. First one I see that is drastically improving the graphics while draining less ressources from my rig. However, I've a slight issue. Or well, two. Maybe you can help me solving them.

I'm using the ELS v8 since I'm using the LCPDFR mod. The emergency lights looked very dull at first, so I messed with the Other emissive lights line on the visual settings file to get a proper lighting for them. But now, I have this strange lens flare appearing when the lights are blinking, filling my screen with plenty of them which blinds me completely. Any way to lower the triggering ammount of light for the lens flares to appear, and if not, any way to remove them? I can live without.

Then, I like the colors of your ENB and the sun that doesn't look all orange as if Liberty was actually in the middle of Africa. But the light from the sun is also blinding when I'm for example driving in a street that is directly towards the sun, during morning or evening in Algonquin on the side streets for example. Any way to lower a bit the blinding light coming from the sun?

Thanks in advance for your future answer bro, and good job again on that ENB, I really like despite those two things bugging me.

Alright, I managed to lower the sun's brightness by playing with the settings in the enb file, however I still can't figure out where the lens flares are coming from, would like some help.

@Hystery the lens flares are from the Enbseries.ini
