u need v1.0 because v1.1 only have the updated files so u don't get the whole mod if u only download v1.1

@monster875: It's just possible to create new wtd-files with G-Texture.

@kudoboi: I think you haven't understand what he wanted...

OpenIV and SparkIV is for importing/exporting files or looking at files, you can't create wtd's with it.

Photoshop can't also save as .wtd, thats just a lame statement.
