Is this a special ENB or why have the ENB no Shader and Bloom?

Hey Wapedell, can you tell me how to fix the textures disappearing when you use a bunch of car mods? I can replace the emergency vehicles. and maybe 4-5 civilian cars before road/building textures disappear. Much appreciated. Thank you for doing what you do! Your mod are always excellent.

Try these command lines also note if you don't have a strong video card or rig these commands could make the game lag very bad.
