VBPD Skin For CVPI

Here is a VBPD (Van Buren, Arkansas) skin for the Crown Victoria.

Use Spark IV or Open IV to install.

Replace any if not all of the police signs located in your vehicle's file with this one, then your good to go.

I recommend using this car:
"CVPI-V7.2J-ELS", it goes great with this skin. But you can use it with any CVPI you want.

Does anyone know how to import these skins to have the car look like this?

It requires either Spark IV or Open IV. I use Spark IV, click browse and the folder your looking for will be at the bottom of this file tree: Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\models\cdimages\vehicles.img.

It will open up another window, find the vehicle you want to replace, then import it, rebuild then save.

Then highlight the vehicle you just imported, click the edit button at the top of the window, find the police signs in the list, there's usually 1 to 4 of them. Import my file into one or all of them.
