Vice City Rage Launcher Bypass (EFLC)

This will make it so the LaunchEFLC.exe is able to load the map. If this doesnt work for you then the game must have a different content.dat and/or images.txt. If thats the case then follow the set of steps at the bottom of the readme.

ALL i did was follow the readme provided by NJ and made the 2 files needed even though they are already included
