had until now in GTA.
The plaza is more beautiful than ever ! The WTC 4, 5 and 6 have finally been added and the plaza layout
has been perfectly reconstituted !
You can walk on the plaza, buy a drink, relax next to the fountain or admire the plaza sculptures…
But the plaza is not the only update of this new version. The south bridge has been improved as well,
and new WTC 2 observation deck will make you gasp !
Observe the whole Liberty City from its highest point of view ! You can also use one of the several
telescopes to zoom in on whatever you want !
Some bugs have been fixed again to bring to you the most powerful GTA IV mod ever.

This mod is beautiful, letting the Twin Towers take their rightful place at the top of the skyline.

What the hell is wrong with you both, I think the both of you should be IP banned for such disrespect, that is just flat out sad of what you two are saying. Forever, disrespect.
if so, unless you can use elevator, you can't fly up to the heli deck can you?
Two questions.
Is the water supposed to move where the fountain is?
Is there a way to stop peds from popping all over the place and falling. A lot of peds trying to unsuccessfully run through walls.
Is it possible to have no peds in the same way you fixed the traffic?
Again, first class mod. Delicately realized. Perfect!
And,stop asking for a plane,not funny at all.
I just wanna see it in my game, not destroyed in LC streets....

- Peds are "falling" inside WTC 1
- modified paths.img works well... but without any car in the near by area its a bit boring... pls fix that!

Now, as to those wanting to reencact 9/11 and to those who despise them: remember that this game IS Grand Theft Auto here we're talking about. That's what the game is for--random acts of cruelty and violence. So getting upset at people who find such thoughts amusing is a bit like a stripper being modest while she's on the pole. Everyone, just get over yourself and enjoy this fantastic mod.
Still think this is a great mod though, perhaps by the time i'm ready to install this mod again it will have all the bugs fixed... primarily the traffic one. I hate having absolutely no traffic in the whole grid near the WTC. Also, the pedestrians need to be fixed too. Otherwise it's a really great mod and i know a lot of work went into it.
As for your comments Voraxith... I sorta agree with you. I realize the context of the GTA games is mostly random acts of violence and destruction, and that should be taken into consideration when reading the 9/11 comments... but then again, 9/11 was a real event, where real people died. GTA is a fake environment with fake people. The 9/11 comments are in bad taste, i don't personally find them offensive, but they're definitely tacky and ignorant.
Just download the 100% Save Game from this site and bang that in. I made the same mistake but it fixed it once I loaded that save game.
100% is better anyway. No phone calls from Roman.

Just one minor bug I've noticed (other than the pedestrians getting stuck on walls and corners--funny) is that whenever I use the elevators or buy tickets or anything like that, the print remains on the screen and even overlaps previous print. Just one thing I wasn't certain if you were aware of.
Either way, you put a lot of hard work and dedication into this, and it your love for it shows. Excellent mod.

If you really want to see a plane crash into the Twin Towers, it is possible. nixolas1's Superman flying mod lets you become a plane while you're flying--just select that option in the ini file, then hit Ctrl+Alt while in the air and presto: you are a plane. Rage on, haters! :)
Mod 10/10 because it wasn't easy at all. Still there are some bugs with peds in and around buildings.

I guess if GTA V was based on New York (and thus play in Liberty City), it would pretty most likely have the new buildings. But what is it in GTAIV? Maybe a construction-site?... I'm not sure where it (in the game) is cause I don't live there...
But I guess I'll just install it and find out, but I wouldn't know what was there before is all...
