Installation

Download: Spark IV , Link:: http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/tools/1824


- Open Spark IV/Browse/common/pc/data/cdimages. then open scripttxds.img open that up then find Phone3d_hq_private0.wtd

- then highlight it , and press 'Edit' next to view on the top of SparkIV, and then click ''Import''

Replace

- Logo with the one in the winrar file.

- Background with the one in the winrar file.

Then click 'Save and Close' , then click 'Rebuildarchive'

And there you have it enjoy!
