used some real textures from the picture, and used mostly photoshop. I think its pretty accurate to the picture. I changed some things in this final version, I think it looks a little better Replaces: Head_Diff_000_a

Thanks, I'm thinking about re uploading with bigger nose paint. But Niko has such a big nose its hard to get it looking right.
